Failure & Starting Again.

After the closure of my first business, I found myself at rock bottom. The financial struggle was crippling, but the emotional toll of letting go of something I had worked so hard to build was even greater. It was a time of uncertainty for my partner and I but towards the end of that hardship, it was also the start of something new - something that would allow me to build again. This time around for something that was very close to home.

Loss & Heartbreak

During the three years of financial trouble, my partner and I were facing another loss, this time the heartbreaking loss of a baby. Then, once again, we faced another miscarriage. The grief from both experiences ran deep. When we discovered we were expecting again, we were over the moon but understandably anxious. Having spent over 16 years of my career in marketing, I understood the importance of creating products that truly connect with people. After navigating these challenges, I knew Ambercora had to be different to any business I had started before.

And Then There Were Three

On 14th September 2025, everything changed. Our beautiful baby girl arrived, and we were suddenly thrust into the wonderful, chaotic world of parenthood. Nothing could have prepared us for how much joy one tiny person could bring into our lives. The sleepless nights, the endless learning, the moments of doubt and exhaustion, they've all been real. But they've been far outweighed by days filled with laughter, admiration, and a kind of love we never knew existed. Watching her grow has been the greatest privilege of our lives.Through it all, my partner has been incredibly strong and brave. The resilience, patience, and love she has shown every day have left me in awe. I am endlessly proud of her and grateful to be on this journey together.
