Please make sure to enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address (different from your billing address) during checkout. You'll also receive tracking details so you can follow the delivery every step of the way and know when it’s safely arrived with your loved one.
No, none of our keepsake book sets include invoices or pricing details. The box will arrive ready to gift, beautifully packaged with no mention of cost. If you are ordering directly to your address to gift in person, just hand the unopened box to the recipient and watch their face light up.
Yes, Free UK Delivery on all orders (Arrives in 2 working days). All orders are dispatched from our UK premises and are fully tracked.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can contact us for any returns questions at help@ambercora.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
